Policies

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Tennis sessions can be paid prior to or at the session: Venmo, Zelle, or cash (preferred).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations require immediate notification via phone / text at 949-331-3076 

• There will be NO CHARGE for cancellations made MORE than 24-hours in advance.

• Cancellations made in less than 24-hours’ notice will be charged FULL AMOUNT of the fee for the session.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: 

• Sessions will proceed as scheduled if courts are dry and safe enough for practice at the time of the scheduled session.

• If the session is to be cancelled due to weather, notification will be sent out via email or text message.
